14th October - Today's News: Early Snow Falls in Germany, Poland


Winter comes early in Europe and Asia as in Germany, low-lying regions see first snow of the year whilst there are 9,000 people out of power in southern Poland due to heavy snowfall there.

But  do swans herald snow for the UK?  No.   And they have no idea what the weather will be like here in 3 month time, either!
