So, there's no global warming in Siberia, Donald Trump?  Temperatures  in Verkhoyansk in the Arctic Circle reached 19.2c on the 18th - the average is around 0c.   That said, western Siberia and the Urals have been cold.  Which just goes to show you should never use individual extremes as evidence of anything.
