9th February - Today's News: Australian Heatwave Brings Black-out Fears



Southern B.C. hit by record-breaking snowfall earlier this week, whilst over on the east coast New York, Boston braced for foot of snow: Schools closed, flights canceled - here in Britain we're expected a few light flurries in places over the next few days.  Which will no doubt cause nearly as much disrpution!




Is a slowdown in overturning circulation why the ocean has absorbed more carbon over the past decade?
