'Dodgy' greenhouse gas data threatens Paris accord - basically, we don't really know who is producing what emissions .....    Yet another reason to end ridiculous targets and concentrate on just reducing emissions across the board; reducing demand and developing cleaner and alternative technologies -  whilst simultaneously tackling the other causes of climate change.  Like deforestation ...   Of course, targets are what bureaucrats like though.  And bureaucrats also like expensive (pointless) meetings in exotic places ....
